I do believe in fate, i do. But now a days I also believe that its up to us, to show up and make things meant to be. whether its with your dreams, goals, love or a job… just show up and just try. then trust & believe that the outcome is for the best. Trust that the outcome is meant to be…
A lil pep for you and me! I gotta say tho, after a weekend back from SG (i wanna move there btw), i’ve been sluggish. Yoga, you were there when I needed you, and now I really must give u the attention you deserve too. So its back to a healthy mind, body, and soul for me! My will is willing! Hope this inspired you too! ;)
PS: I’ll master this pose one day…(i hope!)
If you’re feeling frightened about what comes next, don’t be. Embrace the uncertainty. Allow it to lead you places. Be brave as it challenges you to exercise both your heart and your mind as you create your own path towards happiness, don’t waste time with regret. Spin wildly into your next action. Enjoy the present, each moment, as it comes; because you’ll never get another one quite like it. And if you should ever look up and find yourself lost, simply take a breath and start over. Retrace your steps and go back to the purest place in your heart… where your hope lives. You’ll find your way again. – Everwood
That had to be one of thee most beautiful things i’ve ever read. Amazing, inspiring, humbling, and so true. Hope this touched someone too!
Peace & Love,
Kindness- This point cant be emphasized enough. I’m making it a point to practice at least 1 kind thing for someone everyday! It doesn’t have to be on the grand scale of Mother Teresa, it can be something as simple as throwing a stranger a smile, buying chocolate for your friend, running up to give strangers a hug (ok that one mite be a tad weird), or visiting the orphanage, donating to a worthy cause…the list goes on! Try it and you’d be surprise at how good it feels! And what’s better than making someone’s day?
Peace & So much LOVE
Its always better to find out an answer then to keep wondering. So take a chance! And once you do I know it could be overwhelming, so just breath. Most importantly remember that no matter the outcome, always believe that everything happens for a reason. And always always believe its for the best.
Again i’ve delved into personal experience with this one. Something I had to ask someone in order to get some answers. And yes I got my answer! Though it wasnt the one I hoped for, the chance I took cleared my mind. It overwhelmed me at first so I did some yoga and just breathed. Despite the outcome, I 100% believe its for the best :) So what was it all about you ask? Hmmmm….
While running errands at Pantip today we heard thee most amazing acoustic cover of ‘Right here waiting for you’ by Richard Marx. I even created a little scenerio in my head where I was dancing to this tune at the beach with a handsome lad. Thinking the music was coming from speakers, little did I know it was a cover done by two blind musicians busking on the sidewalk! The boy played on his guitar and the women sang with her sweet sweet voice (in a perfect english accent). A little crowd formed around them naturally. People were giving them money, video tapping and taking photos of them. They were so incredible and tears were actually brought to my eyes. After a song were over, my mom went up to talk to them and got a bit of their story. They are both still students who come form Isan. We got their numbers and I even told my friends who’s the editor of GURU Mag about these musicians so they can do a write up on them!
It takes Love and Guts to do what u love let alone perform in front of the public. It just goes to show that no matter how you’re born, where your’re born or what circumstances you’re in, nothing should ever stop you from persueing your dreams. If these two musicians, Praew and Kame, can create beautiful music without even being able to see with their eyes, you can do anything you dream of too!
I am so inspired! Arnt you? Thank you Praew and Kame, I’m sure you guys made so many people’s day :) Certainly did mine!
Peace & Love
Over dinner the other night I had a great conversation with my friend Steve. He’s a spiritual one and definately has a ‘sensei’ vibe about him. As the topic of love and relationships came up I told him my story… he said the words that I’v been needing to hear for the longest time, ‘Fight for what you love’. Some people may tell you to let it go….but if its truly what you want and you know it will make you happy, fight for it. No matter what the outcome ( I hope its a positive one!), at least you’ll know you gave it your all. I know it could be scary. I know it could be risky. But wouldn’t it be worth it instead of just wondering? :)
Anyways I hope everyone had a amazing weekend!
Peace & so much Love,
This one’s something I truly truly believe, especially now. Sometimes you just need 1 reason to believe why something will work out. Despite all the odds, despite what people say, despite your own fears… once u believe in that 1 Reason, you’ll start to see so many more reasons that follow! I hope you go for it, whatever it is your heart is after…I believe in you! I know I’m going for mine too…
And if our still unsure, check out the picture I posted below… ;)
